高等院校人才引进之我见

摘    要:阐述了高等院校人才引进工作的重要性,对高等院校人才引进工作的有效机制、稳定人才方略等进行了探讨,提出应注重人才引进经费的投入产出经济效益,制定结合本校实际情况的引进人才优惠政策,对学科带头人等高层次人才的引进可采取主动出击、海外招聘等非常规的途径和办法,通过改革人事分配制度、搭建创业平台等措施,做好人才稳定工作。

Abstract:This papers expounds the importance of recruiting talents at institutes of higher learning and delves into some points that the talents is the best resource, effective mechanisms and a general plan to stabilize them should be made in the process of recruiting talents. It tells that we should pay attention to economic performance on the funds( invest Vs. result) and formulate some favorable relative policies suited to the realities of the universities. As for senior and advanced talent such as the leading man of some subject, we should actively do something and explore some unusually methods and channels such as going abroad for recruiting. This papers tells also we should master the principles of talents flowing and do something such as reforming personnel system and setting up the platform for talents' pioneering work, all these policies is to better the conditions of employment and pay attention to talents' development sustained.
