| Abstract: | By means of literature reviews, taking into account of the background of the social and economic transition for China in the new period, this paper analyses three aspects of the systematic framework:macroscopic regulative system,ownership system as well as operational system. It provides references for Chinese basketball game to move towards the direction of commercialization and scientific standardization. |
