全球知识产权研究发展态势与热点分析

基于知识图谱理论，对Web of Science核心数据集收录的1900-2016年间的知识产权相关文献的发文量、发文国家、发文学科、被引文献、关键词等进行可视化分析，研究结果表明：（1）当前知识产权研究处于稳步上升阶段，美国、英国、德国引领全球知识产权发展，中国后发优势明显，从国际合作上看，全球知识产权跨国合作研究匮乏。（2）知识产权研究趋势日趋多样化，知识产权、经济、企业在更宽更广范围内的泛在研究成为主流。（3）知识产权的研究方向主要为知识产权管理与知识产权溢出、知识产权转移与流动、新兴技术知识产权保护、知识产权与跨界资本输入等方面。

Analysis of the Development Trend and Hotspot in the Field of Intellectual Property Research

Based on the theory of Mapping knowledge,this paper analyzed articles of intellectual property from Web of science(1900-2016) and got a series of knowledge maps of postings countries,cited journals,cited literature,keywords.It reviewed the critical development path of intellectual property,pointed out that:(1) the current intellectual property research showed an overall trend of rapid development.American,Britain,and Germany scholars had led the intellectual property research,Chinese scholars' researches late development advantage was obvious.From the perspective of international cooperation,the global intellectual property multinational cooperation researches were lack.(2) the trend of intellectual property research was becoming more and more diversified,and the research of intellectual property rights,economy and enterprises in a wider and wider range had become the mainstream.(3) the direction of intellectual property rights included the management of intellectual property and intellectual property,the transfer and flow of intellectual property rights,the protection of intellectual property rights,intellectual property rights and cross-border capital input.
