摘    要:目的/意义] 从满足视角探讨线上线下整合环境和信息爆炸对政务新媒体持续使用意愿的影响,为政务新媒体发展建设提供参考。方法/过程] 以使用与满足理论为基础,探讨感知整合对公众政务新媒体持续使用意愿的影响,并结合感知过载构建公众政务新媒体持续使用意愿概念模型,最后对模型进行实证研究。结果/结论] 结果表明:感知整合通过对公众感知使用政务新媒体的内容满足、社会满足、过程满足的积极影响,间接积极影响公众的政务新媒体持续使用意愿;感知过载对公众的政务新媒体持续使用意愿具有消极作用,进而与感知整合共同影响公众对政务新媒体的持续使用意愿。

Research on the Influence of Perceptual Overload and Perceptual Integration on the Citizens' Willingness to Use Governmental New Media

Abstract:Purpose/Significance] This paper aimed to discuss the impact of information explosion and online-offline integration environment from the perspective of use and gratifications on the willingness to continue to use new media for government affairs for the development of new development of new media for government affairs.Method/Process] Based on the theory of use and gratifications,incorporating sensory overload and perceptual integration,combined with the characteristics of new media of government affairs,it conseructed a conceptual model of continuous use of government affairs,and the research model was empirically validated.Result/Conclusion] The results showed that perceptual integration was positively affecting the three factors of gratifications,which indirectly affected the willingness of government new media to continue to use new media,perceived overload had a negative effect on the willingness to continue to use new media for government affairs,and the perceived overload and perceptual integration had a effect on the willingness to continue to use new media for government affairs together.
