国内外移动医疗用户采纳行为的系统综述——知识基础、影响因素与前沿展望

目的/意义]移动医疗用户采纳行为是“互联网+健康”的重要组成部分，对其展开深入分析可完善电子健康和互联网医疗的理论研究和实践应用。方法/过程]以CNKI和Web of Science为数据源，采用系统综述方法对该领域2012-2017年间最具代表性的42篇文献展开分析。在知识基础研究部分中，从研究理论、研究方法和研究框架等视角进行了系统的梳理和归纳；在影响因素研究部分，基于信息生态理论探究了信息因素、信息人因素、信息技术因素和信息环境因素等内容；在前沿展望研究部分，基于研究主题、研究群体和研究方法等的分类标准，探究了未来可行的、具有较大研究价值的热点选题。结果/讨论]移动医疗用户采纳行为是信息、个体、系统和环境共同作用的结果。未来的研究重点和热点将会有显著的转移，并形成全新的知识生态体系。移动医疗用户采纳行为的理论研究和实践应用将引来全新的变革。

Systematic Review of Adoption Behavior of Mobile Health Users at Home and Abroad——Knowledge Base,Influencing Factors and Prospects

Purpose/Significance]The adoption behavior of mobile health users is a significant part of "Internet+Health",and its in-depth analysis may improve the theoretical research and practical application of electronic health and Internet medical.Method/Process]Applying CNKI and Web of Science as the data source,this paper used the systematic review method to analyze the 42 most representative papers in this field from 2012 to 2017.In the part of knowledge basic research,this paper explored the contents of research theory,research methods and research framework.In the part of influencing factors research,this paper focused on information factors,information man factors,information technology factors and information environment factors based on information ecology theory.In the part of forward-looking research,this paper summarized the feasible directions with greater research value from the perspectives of research topics,research groups and research methods.Result/Conclusion]Users' adoption of mobile health was the result of the interaction of information,individual,system and environment.There would be a significant shift in the hot spots of future research,and a new knowledge and ecology system would form.The theoretical research and practical application of the adoption behavior of mobile health users would lead to a new change.
