基于供给侧结构优化视角的图书馆服务模式演化机理研究

在全国供给侧结构性改革的背景下，以系统理论分析为基础构建了服务模式演化系统模型，探讨了图书馆服务转型升级的演化机理，希望为我国公共事业供给侧结构性改革，提供新的理论分析视角。从图书馆供给侧要素、动力、环境、服务能力、功能及模式演化等方面进行了系统分析。基础资源、人才、技术和空间是图书馆供给侧四要素，是构建图书馆服务模式演化机理模型的基础，也是影响并决定着图书馆服务能力和水平的内在依据，系统要素结构调整与优化是提升图书馆服务能力，增强服务功能与服务效果的根本动力。

Research on the Evolution Mechanism of Library Service Model Based on Supply Side Structure Optimization

Based on the system theory analysis,this paper constructed the evolution model of the service model under the background of the structural reform of the supply side of the country,discussed the evolution mechanism of the library service transformation and upgrading,and provided the structural reform of the public service supply side new theoretical analysis perspective.This paper systematically analyzed the elements,power,environment,service ability,function and mode evolution of the library supply side.The basic resources,talents,technology and space were the four elements of the library supply side,which was the basis of constructing the evolution mechanism model of the library service model.It also influenced and determined the internal basis of the library service ability and level.The adjustment and optimization of the system elements was to improve the library service ability,enhance the service function and service effect of the fundamental driving force.
