近十年国内外管理学研究进展与发展趋势的比较研究

目的/意义]旨在直观了解国内外管理学的发展现状,为今后管理学的研究提供参考和借鉴,促进管理学更好地发展。方法/过程]以CNKI期刊论文和Web of Science期刊论文中2008-2017年的相关文献为研究对象,运用文献计量分析法和共词分析法,利用CiteSpace对管理学的研究热点和研究趋势作出可视化分析。结果/结论]研究表明,国内管理学的研究热点集中于创新、供应链管理、可持续发展等,国外管理学的研究热点则集中于创新、领导、组织等;国内管理学的研究趋势是大数据的发展和价值共创的应用,国外管理学的研究趋势是社会认同理论的应用和社会责任的意义。

A Comparative Study on the Progress and Development Trend of Management Studies at Home and Abroad in Recent Ten Years

Purpose/Significance] The purpose of this paper was to intuitively understand the current development of management at home and abroad,provide reference for future management studies,and promote the development of management.Method/Process] Taking the related literature in CNKI journal articles and Web of Science journal articles from 2008 to 2017 as the research object,using bibliometric analysis and co-word analysis,using CiteSpace to make research hotspots and research trends of management Visual analysis.Result/Conclusion] Studies showed that domestic research focuses on Innovation,Supply chain management,Sustainable development,etc.,and foreign research focuses on Innovation,Leadership,and Organization.The research trend of domestic management were the development of Big data and the application of Value co-creation,and the research trend of foreign management were the application of Social identity theory and the significance of Social responsibility.
