摘    要:目的/意义]面向协同创新的高校图书馆专利信息服务,对于高校图书馆实现内在价值最大化、促进形成基于知识产权战略的紧密型协同创新体系都有着重要的现实意义。方法/过程]本文对比了国内外高校专利信息服务的现状,剖析了国内高校专利信息服务存在的问题。探讨了高校图书馆参与专利信息服务的必要性和优势。结果/结论]在理论和现状分析的基础上,本文以南京工业大学图书馆为案例,对高校图书馆面向协同创新开展专利信息服务提出了建议,最终形成了面向高校内部、面向协同创新产业链和面向区域协同创新网络的三层螺旋上升的专利信息服务模式。

Study on the University Library's Patent Information Service Mode Oriented to the Collaborative Innovation System

Abstract:Method/Process]University library's patent information service for collaborative innovation system has realistic significance to maximize intrinsic value of university library,and to promote form tightly-knit collaborative innovation system which based on intellectual property strategy.Purpose/Significance]This paper investigated the current situation of patent information services between universities at home and abroad.The problems existing in university library's patent information services were also analyzed.Further,the necessity and advantage of university library's patent information service were discussed.Result/Conclusion]Based on theoretical and practical analysis,taking Nanjing Tech University Library as an example,this paper gave some suggestions for collaborative innovation-oriented university IP management.At last,the university library's patent information service modes for three layers including internal universities,collaborative innovation industry chain and the regional collaborative innovation network were established.
