公共数字文化服务体系的要素协同研究

当前针对公共数字文化服务体系及其关键要素的研究并不多见。文章着眼于公共数字文化服务体系的构建，为公共数字文化服务实践提供理论上的借鉴。文章引入协同学理论，分析其对公共数字文化服务的适用性，提出公共数字文化服务体系的概念模型，并利用调研数据验证了公共数字文化服务体系的模型。文章认为作为要素的信息主体、信息环境、信息内容相互作用可形成公共数字文化服务体系。作为信息主体的社会主体不仅直接作用于服务内容，其还通过影响保障环境影响服务内容。研究表明在公共数字文化服务中，社会主体、保障环境、服务内容三者相互作用能更好实现公共数字文化服务体系的有效布局。

Research on the Synergistic Elements of Public Digital Culture Service System

The current research on public digital culture service system and its key elements is rare.This paper focused on the construction of public digital culture service system and provided theoretical reference for public digital culture service practice. This paper introduced the synergetics theory and analyzed its applicability to public digital culture service.The conceptual model of public digital culture service system was put forward and verified by survey data.The paper discussed the key elements,such as the information subject,the information environment and the information content and their interactions could form a public digital culture service system.As the main body,the information subject not only directly affected the service content,but also through information environment affected the service content.The research indicated that in the public digital culture service,the interactions of social subject,the environment,service content could be better to layout public digital cultural service system.
