摘    要:教师专业发展的实质是教师个体教育意识的觉醒,即个体对自我教育生涯的整体性反思与觉悟;教师专业成长是理性的事业,教师专业发展依赖于"信仰理性、认知理性"的形成与发展;关注教师专业成长的实践反思与专业成长的生命价值.

Abstract:The essence of teacher's professional growth is the awakening of teacher's consciousness of education-teacher reflects wholely on his educational career.Teacher's professional growth is a rational cause.Teacher's professional growth depends on the formation and development of the consciousness of "believe ration and understand ration ".We should lay attention on the practical reflection and life value of teacher's professional growth.
