| Abstract: | The essence of teacher's professional growth is the awakening of teacher's consciousness of education-teacher reflects wholely on his educational career.Teacher's professional growth is a rational cause.Teacher's professional growth depends on the formation and development of the consciousness of "believe ration and understand ration ".We should lay attention on the practical reflection and life value of teacher's professional growth. |
