| 摘 要： | 本文以果洛州班玛县为例,重点对教师职业倦怠状况进行了调查,并对其原因进行了分析,提出了解决教师职业倦怠问题的对策与建议,以期能够帮助教师缓解职业倦怠心理,并愉快地投入教学工作.
