| 摘 要： | 针对多年来造成"体教结合"无实质进展的体制问题,根据现阶段中国体育与教育行政机构分置的国情,从界定"体教结合"的新概念人手,以科学发展观为指导,遵循和谐发展的原则,构建在政府宏观调控下,体育部门与教育部门共同为培养全面发展的高水平竞技体育人才而合作共为的体教联合体.

| Abstract: | Since"combination of sport training and literacy" promotes little,limited by separated sport administration institution and academy ones,the paper defines the new concept of "combination of sport training and literacy",and tries to construct a unity of both sport training and literacy for cultivation of competitive sports talents under cooperation and macro-regulation by sport administration institution and academy ones,directed by scientific outlook on development and harmonious development. |
