The paper points out that in arranging the entire exercise, it is not necessary to make the difficulty degree too high, provided the entire exercise meets the set requirements. In the selection of individual movements, the movements of lower difficulty value and easy to be finished should be selected according to the requirements, provided the movements in the entire exercise are not repeated with the backward movements more than the forward ones and without the twists as possible.
