基于区块链的竞争情报分布式管理模式研究

目的/意义]结合区块链理念和技术特性,提出去中心化的竞争情报分布式管理,以提升竞争情报的安全可靠性,为组织竞争情报工作提供决策参考。方法/过程]通过运用理论研究和模型构建的方法,分析了区块链技术与竞争情报管理的契合关系,设计了基于区块链的竞争情报分布式管理体系,构建了基于区块链的竞争情报分布式管理模式,并提出了基于区块链的竞争情报分布式管理策略。结果/结论]在信息技术快速发展的时代,基于区块链的分布式管理模式可以为组织竞争情报提供安全保障,也更有利于竞争情报管理和组织战略决策的制定。

Research on Distributed Management Mode of Competitive Intelligence Based on Blockchain

Purpose/significance] Combined with the concept and technical characteristics of blockchain,the distributed management of decentralized competitive intelligence is proposed to improve the security and reliability of competitive intelligence,and to provide decision-making reference for the competitive intelligence work of organizations. Method/process] By using theoretical research and model construction method,the relationship between blockchain technology and competitive intelligence management is analyzed. The distributed management system of competitive intelligence based on blockchain is designed,and the distributed management mode of competitive intelligence based on blockchain is constructed,and then proposed a distributed management strategy based on blockchain for competitive intelligence. Result/conclusion]In the era of rapid development of information technology,the distributed management model based on blockchain can provide security for competitive intelligence of organizations,and is more conducive to the development of competitive intelligence management and strategic decision-making of organizations.
