行政管理专业硕士研究生就业形势严峻。就业困难的主要原因包括:自身专业素质不高、缺乏实践性和创新性以及就业期望值太高等主观因素和学校实力的强弱、社会对人才需求的标准和国家政策调整等客观因素。解决的对策主要包括:提升硕士研究生自身能力,学校、家庭、社会和政府从实际出发,为行政管理专业硕士研究生提供良好的就业环境。

A Survey and Thinking about the Master Graduate Students' Employment of Administrative Management Majors-- A Case Study of Anhui University

This paper surveys the master graduate students' employment of administrative management majors.The content contains the beginning time to find a job and it costs,the rate of signing agreements between the graduate students and units,the nature of the employment unit,their satisfaction for a job and their salary and so on.The main reasons causing their employment difficulties include some subjective factors(like their lower professional qualification,lack of practice and innovation,and high employment expectation) and objective factors(like the strength of the school force,the social standard of the demand of talents,and national policy adjustments).The countermeasures are put forward which include enhancing the ability of the graduate students and providing a good employment environment for the master graduate student of administrative management majors from the sides of school,family,society and government.
