| 摘 要： | 高校兼职档案员队伍庞大但缺乏稳定性，要做好高校档案工作，必须重视兼职档案员队伍的建设。充分认识稳定这支队伍的重要性。同时应深入分析其存在问题及原因。采取措施稳定兼职档案员队伍．统筹规划，加强思想工作．建立激励机制，解决实际问题，充分发挥兼职档案员的作用。
