| Abstract: | The important thought of establishing a socialist political civilization is put forward firstly in the documents of party at 16th party congress. Establishing political civilization with Chinese characteristics can provide strong political power and defending of system for building a well off society in all round way. The key to establishing political civilization with Chinese characteristics is to understand its fundamental essence: The people being the masters of the country constitutes its essential requirement ; Ruling the country by law is its basic principle; Leadership by the Party is its fundamental guarantee. |
