| 摘 要： | 高技术企业是推动现代生产力发展最活跃的因素，高技术企业的成长问题已成为学术界和企业界关注的焦点。在阐述了基于知识观的企业理论的基础上，从知识的视角论证了知识联盟与高技术企业成长的内在一致性。分析高技术企业的生命周期与成长要素，基于此剖析了基于知识联盟高技术企业的成长机制，并以TCL集团与北京大学构建的知识联盟为例，探悉基于知识联盟高技术企业的成长机制。

| Abstract: | High-tech enterprise is the most active factors for promoting modem productivity, and high-tech enterprise is the focus of research field and enterprise field. From the perspective of knowledge ,the paper certifies the concession of knowledge and high-tech enterprise growth and analyzes on the high-tech enterprise life cycle and factor. Then it clarifies the high-tech enterprise growth mechanism based on knowledge alliance and puts forward a case of TCL as an example. |
