有氧运动中生理强度指标的比较研究

摘    要:目的:为了比较运动实验中心率、相对耗氧量与代谢当量3个生理强度指标的相对合理性,并确定其中的首选指标.方法:选取24名运动训练专业的学生,进行80 m in跑台有氧步行运动实验,使用德国产M etalyzerII气体代谢仪测定运动实验中的心率、相对耗氧量和代谢当量.结果:当相对耗氧量控制在29~31 mL.kg-1的范围内,不同受试者的心率变异范围大.在128~178之间变化.结论:因心率变化受多因素影响,故在体育科研的生理强度控制中应首选相对耗氧量.

Abstract:Objective] To compare the rationality of Heart rate(HR),Oxygen uptake per minute perkillogram(VO_(2)) and metabolic equivalent(METS) in experiment,and select the most important index from them.Methods]24 college students majoring in athletic training have worked for 80min.HR,VO_(2)max and METS were tested by gas analyzer made in German(model:MetalyzerII).during the experiment.Results] The HR range is amongst 128~178min when the subjects'VO_(2)max is controlled at 29~31ml·kg~(-1).min~(-1).The HR range of different subjects is great.Couclusion] It is not rational to use HR to control the physiological intensity during the experienment because it's variation is effected by multiple factors.VO_(2)max is used to control the physiological intensity in scientific research.
