| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对体育院校教师知识转化过程的现状进行研究.结果 表明,体院教师都很注重通过学习、借鉴他人的教学经验来提高自身的隐性知识水平;职称高的体院教师时来源于网络的知识和信息具有更好的分辨力;术科教师丰富的教学经验成为学生隐性知识生成的不竭源泉;学科教师对知识具有更强的整合、加工能力.
