摘    要:古代的广西作为岭南百越民族文明的一个摇篮,其饮食文化与这块古老土地的人类文明一样,史踪清晰,内涵丰赡,成就灿烂。通过对商周至战国时期古壮族饮食文化踪迹的探寻及秦至隋时期广西壮族饮食文化态貌的史料考析和文化钩沉,首次对商周至秦隋时期广西饮食文化态貌进行探讨。

Abstract:Ancient Guangxi is a cradle for the Baiyue ethnic civilization in Lingnan (Guangdong- Guangxi) area. Its catering culture, like the human civilization in this ancient land, features distinct development trails, profound connotations and brilliant achievements. Based on the probe into the ancient Zhuang ethnic catering cultural development trails from Shang-Zhou period to the Warring States Period along with the historical data analysis of the catering culture of Guangxi Zhuang ethnic groups during Qin-Sui period, the article takes up a maiden discussion on the status of catering culture in Guangxi from Shang, Zhou, Qin till Sui Dynasty.
