| 摘 要： | 本文以马克思主义理论为指导,搜集整理了大量资料,运用现代科学方法,进行了宏观、定量、动态的研究和分析,认为:高水平竞技运动的发展主要受国家总体经济实力的制约,而与人均经济水平关系不大。并结合对比研究中国的情况,提出中国高水平竞技运动的发展必须坚持“依靠科技、改善管理、发挥优势、提高效益”的战略方针。

| Abstract: | After making macroscopic, quantitative and dynamic studies and analyses of large amounts of data under the guidance of Marxist theories and modern scientific methods, the authors have concluded that the development of high-leve competitive sports is mainly conditioned by the overall economic strength of a given country and has little to do with average pre capita income. With Chinese conditions in mind, they maintain that the development of high-level competitive sports in this country must follow the policy of "relying on science and technology, working for better management, giving play to our own advantages, and striving for increased benefits. " |
