| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、调查问卷法、数理统计法及逻辑推理分析等方法对珠三角中学体育教练员经常参加休闲体育活动与不经常参加体育活动人群的生活质量进行分析。通过研究了解珠三角教练员休闲体育活动与生活质量的关系。研究结果表明:休闲体育活动对生活质量存在正向相关影响,尤其对教练员业余活动、缓解精神压力、增加积极情感、提高身体活动能力等因子的相关性较为密切。休闲体育活动是一种提高珠三角教练员生活质量的一个重要因素。
