三种方法一次性治疗髌下脂肪垫急性损伤的疗效比较

为探讨髌下脂肪垫急性损伤,在运动创伤治疗中确实有效的治疗方法,进行不同治疗方法的比较研究。研究对象专业运动员,病例38例,随机分成三组,Ⅰ组13例,男6例,女7例,以银质针针刺温针治疗;Ⅱ组13例,男6例,女7例,以不锈钢针针刺温针治疗;Ⅲ组12例,男7例,女5例,以医用超短波治疗。三组治疗结果经多组Ridit的比较x~2检验,P<0.01,差异非常显著。Ⅰ组治疗效果明显优于Ⅱ组,更优于Ⅲ组。

The Comparison of Effects of Three Methods in Therapy of Acute Infrapatellar Fat Pad Lesion

Different therapeutic methods were compared for discussion of correct and effective treatment of motor trauma in acute infrapatellar fat pad lesion. The athletes (n = 38) were devided into three groups. Group I(n =13; male = 6, female = 7) is treated, with silver needle (warm needle) therapy; Group I(n=13; male= 6, female = 7) is treated with stainless steel needle (warm needle) therapy; Group III(n= 12; male = 7, female=5) is treated with medical ultra-short wave therapy. The results of three groups were tested by multiple Ridit analysis and X2 test.There is significant difference among three groups, P <0.01.The effect on group I is better than that on group I and is much better than that on group III.
