中国与日本校园足球发展的比较研究

青少年足球培养是国家足球的未来和发展基石,由于重视青少年足球尤其是校园足球,日本足球长期处于稳步发展过程中.日本校园足球经历了几十年的发展,逐步形成了其培养目标明确、竞赛体系完整的校园足球发展模式.本文对中国和日本青少年校园足球活动发展的现状进行比对,其中包括对中、日两国校园足球的发展规模、管理体制、人才培养和赛事设置等方面的比较.在此基础上通分析我国校园足球开展过程中的问题,总结日本校园足球开展过程中的成功经验,提出我国校园足球应当树立长远发展目标,坚持全面发展,完善比赛竞赛机制,健全人才培养体系和提高教练员水平,推动校园足球可持续发展.

A Comparative Study on the Development of Campus Football between China and Japan

Youth football is the future and cornerstone of football in a nation.A case in point is Japan,which has seen a long-time steady growth of football as a result of the emphasis placed on its youth football,especially campus football.Japanese campus football has experienced decades of development and gradually formed its own campus football model with a definite goal and a complete competition system.This paper compares the current situations of youth campus football in China and Japan,as regards the development scale,administrative system,personnel training and events setting.It further analyses problems in campus football in China and successful experiences in Japan.Finally,the article argues that China should set up long-term development goals,adhere to comprehensive development,perfect competition mechanisms,enhance professional training and raise coaching levels.
