| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查，了解到影响北京市高校体育场馆有偿开放赢利效果的因素主要是场馆条件和经营思想两方面，稀缺性场馆能较好赢利，采用一定的科学管理和经营方式的学校也能较好赢利。北京市高校体育场馆有偿开放的赢利效果既需要场馆条件作基础，更需要科学先进的经营管理手段作保障。

| Abstract: | The main factors influencing the profit of stadiums and gymnasiums of colleges and universities in Beijing are conditions of stadiums and gymnasiums and management ideas. Some rare stadiums and gymnasiums have better profit and it is the same to schools having scientific management. In order to make money the good conditions of stadiums and gymnasiums and scientific management are necessary. The method of questionnaire is used in this study. |
