浅析朱熹“德育为先”理念及其当代启示

摘    要:朱熹主张学校教育之根本在于德育,倡导通过课程设置、礼仪活动、环境熏陶和道德实践的途径加强对学生的道德教化,以使生徒明人伦之理和求圣贤之道。朱熹“德育为先”理念受所处时代的限制,最终服务于维护封建伦理纲常,但其“德育为先”理念中所渗透的立德树人、知行合一等价值取向以及独特的德育实施途径对新时代高校德育的开展有着重要的启示作用。

Abstract:Zhu Xi advocated that the root of school education lies in moral education,and advocated strengthening the moral education of students through curriculum,etiquette activities,environmental edification and moral practice,so that students can understand the principles of human relations and seek the way of the sage.Zhu Xi’s concept of“moral education first”was restricted by the times and ultimately served to maintain the feudal ethics,but the value orientations such as morality education and the unity of knowledge and action permeated in the concept of“moral education first”and the unique approach to implement moral education have important enlightenments on the development of moral education in colleges and universities in the new era.
