基于Buck变换器的机车轮对退磁系统设计

摘    要:轮对是指机车车辆上与钢轨相接触的部分,由左右两个车轮牢固地压装在同一根车轴上所组成,磁粉探伤主要用于检测铁磁性工件的表面或者近表面的裂纹.本设计针对某磁粉探伤机探伤后工件剩磁达不到新的国家标准,借鉴现代电力电子技术,通过实验反复摸索,设计了一种先衰减电流退磁,再进行时间衰减退磁的方案.最后的实验结果表明,改造后的磁粉探伤机检测工件后的剩磁,由原来的10Cs-20Gs降低到1Gs-2G,按照新的国家标准计算出的退磁合格率达到97%,自动化程度大大提高,取得了较好的应用效果.

Abstract:The wheel means locomotive portion in contact with the rail, by the left and right wheels pressed firmly mounted on the same axle.Magnetic particle testing is used to detect a ferromagnetic workpiece the cracks of surface or near-surface. For a magnetic parti- cle testing machine testing workpiece remanence up to less than the new national standards, drawing on modern power electronics technol- ogy, through experimental trial and errer,the paper designed a first attenuation current demagnetization and time decay demagnetization program. Finally, the experimental results show that, the remanence of the magnetic particle testing machine detected the workpiece after the transformation, from 10Gs-20Gs reduced to 1Gs-2Gs, the demagnetization calculated in accordance with the new national standard qualification rate reached 97%, the degree of automation greatly improved and achieved better results.
