职业伦理视角下的高校辅导员责任冲突分析

职业伦理离不开作为社会现象的伦理的一般性，高校辅导员职业伦理关系的复杂多样引发的角色冲突，职业伦理实体的双重属性产生的利益冲突，职业伦理的规范缺失和秩序错位导致的权利冲突，这三者共同构成了新时期高校辅导员最主要的职业伦理困境——责任冲突。

Analysis on the Responsibility Conflicts for College Counselors from the Perspective of Work Ethics

Work ethics,as a part of the social phenomena, bear the general attributes of ethics. The major dilemma of work ethics for the college counselors in this new age, namely, responsibility conflict, is composed of the following three factors： the conflicts in roles caused by the complexity and diversity in the work ethics of the college counsdors, conflicts in the interests resulting from the duality of work ethic entity and conflicts in rights due to the non-standardization and disorder of the work ethics.
