| Abstract: | Based on HeXie management theory, the paper maps out and analyzes a HeXie mechanism of enterprise technology innovation. Moreover, the article indicates that enterprise technology innovation improvement consists in continuous dialogue and mutual development between He and Xie principles of HeXie mechanism. |
