| 摘 要： | 学生的学业负担包括课业负担、心理负担和经济负担三个方面。这三个方面的负担是相互联系、互为因果的,其核心是课业负担和心理负担。目前,在“减负”问题上,存在着“减负”就是没有学习负担;“减负”就是教师轻松,甚至意味着教育教学质量下降;“减负”就是不要考试;“减负”与家长无关等误区。科学“减负”,应坚持“标本要兼治,软硬一起上、减加一齐做、内外共同抓”的原则,使“减负”工作真正见到实效。
