高校高水平运动队建设的调整与革新

Adjustment and Innovation of College Elite Sport Teams Construction

Three main tasks in this process are as follow: establishing the principle of people oriented,emphasizing the value of sport and climbing the heights of sports.Universities should give more concern to the development of "post athletics" of athletes,adjust the structure of the source of students and change the orientation of coaches.It further points out that Universities should take the opportunities in school physical education reform to construct college elite sport teams,more universities should have the consciousness and ability to promote the sports prosperity of our country,set up the system and cultural atmosphere of sport teams with the principle of people oriented,accelerate the reform of sports system and break through the system obstacle of combination of sports and education.
