Reflections on Scientific College Teaching Management

The center of college work is teaching work, leaving the teaching work aU become empty words. The teaching man- agement work is a very important work, for it is the guarantee of reasonable, effective operation of teaching, which determines whether the teaching is successful or not, therefore, promoting the scientific teaching management in universities has become a concerned problem for a majority of university administrators.
