| 摘 要： | 农村职业教育是农民素质提高的“阶梯”，是农民致富的“金钥匙”，是农村现代化建设的“加速器”。由于传统思想观念、高校扩招、经费投入、自身体制等因素的影响，农村职业教育的发展受到制约。政府应加强宣传，改变旧观念，加强对教育的宏观调控，促进农村职业教育发展；职业教育机构则应加强体制改革。提高教育质量。
