基于DEA的高校科研绩效交叉评价研究

高校在国家科研力量中占据重要地位,其科研效率得到广泛关注,由此运用DEA方法对28所高校的科研效率进行评价,结果显示所选高校科研绩效良好。对弱DEA有效以及非DEA有效的高校从技术和规模上提出改进方法,并且从学校自身和外界方面提出改进建议。针对DEA本身的特点,运用交叉评价模型对相对DEA有效的高校进行评价,部分高校存在投入产出不平衡现象。通过运用DEA方法和交叉评价模型为各个高校认识其不足提供现实可能。

Cross Evaluation of Science and Research Performance of Universities Based on DEA

Universities occupy an important position in the national scientific research strength and their efficiency of scientific research has been given extensive attention.The paper applies DEA method to evaluate 28 universities efficiency.The result shows a good performance of scientific research in universities.The paper proposes the improvement from technology and scale from the universities themselves to the weak DEA effective and ineffective DEA universities.According to the characteristic of DEA.The paper applies cross evaluation model to evaluate the effective DEA universities.The result shows that some universities are unbalance in input and output.Through DEA method and cross evaluation model,it provides a realistic possibility to realize the aims of each university.
