| 摘 要： | 根据《全国科技进步监测报告》监测结果,综合分析"十一五"期间贵州省科技进步状况,深入剖析水平低、下降快的问题指标,找出科技进步水平在全国排位中徘徊不前的原因,进一步分析出贵州省科技进步水平特点,并针对目前存在的问题提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | According to the" national science and technology progress monitoring report",the paper generally analyzes the science and technology progress status in Guizhou province during the "11th five-year" period,deeply analyzes the index of low level and fast falling problems,trying to find out the reason why the progress level of science and technology in the national qualifying is stagnan.It further studies the characteristics of Guizhou provincial science and technology progress level,aiming at proposing the corresponding solutions to current problems. |
