| 摘 要： | 对江苏产学研合作的主要问题及其原因进行分析,认为在产学研合作方面,产学研合作各方的动力和能力难以对接的矛盾仍然突出,严重制约产学研合作的最大障碍是体制机制,包括宏观管理体制、组织协调机制、利益分配机制等。在此基础上提出促进产学研合作发展的若干政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the major problems and causes of cooperation of industry,education and academy,and concludes that there are serious contradictions in the docking of motivation and ability.The biggest obstacle of restricting cooperation of industry,education and academy is the system and mechanism including macro-management system,organizational coordination mechanism and interest distribution system.This paper puts forward some policy suggestions accordingly. |
