| 摘 要： | 当前,在高职院校实行工学结合的人才培养模式下,顶岗实习学生党员教育管理问题是高职院校党建工作中的薄弱点,同时也是高校学生党建工作的新课题。本文针对高职院校顶岗实习学生党员的现状及存在的问题做了叙述分析,并在此之上提出加强教育管理的实现途径和措施。

| Abstract: | At present,under the mode of the personnel training of combination of work-study in the higher vocational institutions,the education and management problem of student Party member is the weak points in Party building in vocational colleges,also the new task of the work of Party building for college students.According to the present situation of post practice student Party member in higher vocational colleges and existing problems to analyze,and proposes implementation ways and measures strengthening the education and management. |
