高职院校双语师资队伍建设策略研究

在职业技术院校实现双语教学，双语师资队伍的创建和教学素质的提高是其关键。目前，我国高职院校双语师资队伍建设方面的问题比较突出，已经成为限制双语教学健康发展的主要障碍。因此，分析双语教师所应具备的条件，提出具体措施解决师资短缺问题。并提出建议增强高职院校双语教师队伍建设对全面提高高职教育质量具有极高的实践意义和应用价值。
