| 摘 要： | 随着背越式跳高的飞速发展,人们正把“快”字作为冲刺世界纪录的突破口,跳高运动已进入速度时代,“快速技术”已成为背越式跳高必然的发展趋势。章通过查阅资料及训练经验,总结得出在教学训练中应明确建立“快速训练”的主导思想,注重专项速度训练．抓快速助跑,快速起跳及二的最佳结合。
