| 摘 要： | 大学精神是一种立足于大学教育的主体性实践,张扬并涵养着时代精神的高层次的精神理念与境界。地方高校大学精神的建树有着其特定的内涵和规律。通过卓越的教育服务凸现和彰显学校的主体地位和精神,形成具有鲜明特色的教育服务意识、人才培养意识和素质教育意识,这是当前我国地方高校建树和高扬大学精神的根本任务和主要途径。

| Abstract: | The university spirit,which is the embodiment of the loftiest ideals of the time,has been fostered in the subjective practice of higher education.The spirit fostered in local universities has specific implications and connotations of its own.The basic task and general approach to foster and carry on the university spirit in local universities is to develop distinctive awareness of educational service,personnel training and quality-oriented education as to highlight the university ideals and subjective status in its outstanding educational service. |
