社区老年患者生活质量与专科护理干预效果研究

目的：探讨社区居家老年患者生活质量与护理干预的相关性及效果;方法：选择5个社区197名老年患者作为目标人群,用生活质量综合评定问卷-74（成人用）进行评定,再随机分成试验组和对照组,由专科护士与社区护士根据其病情制定干预计划,每月干预一次,登记1年来的复诊率及住院率,然后再次评定;结果：干预组与对照组复诊率（x2=25.239,P〈0.001）和住院率（x2=12.957,P〈0.001）都有明显差异,生活质量有明显改善,特别是躯体功能维度改善最明显;结论：专科护理干预能有效提高社区居家老年患者的生活质量。

On Effectiveness of the Specialized Nursing Intervention and the Life Quality of Community Senile Patients

To explore the effect of specialized nursing intervention on elderly patients in communities and their relevance.Methods：A total of 197 elderly patients from two communities were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the experimental group.All of them were investigated by using questionnaire of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,and then an intervention plan was developed based on the patients＇ condition by professional nurse and community nurse.Interventions were implemented once a month and the further consulting rate and hospitalization rate in the following year were registered.All patients were then investigated again.Results：There were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group on the rate of further consultation（x2=25.239,P0.001） and hospitalization（x2=12.957,P0.001）.The quality of life（QOL） was improved markedly,while physical functions of experimental group were much better than those of the control group.Conclusion：Specialized Nursing Intervention could help to improve the life quality of elderly patients in communities.
