| 摘 要： | 在简介国外职业体育俱乐部运用资产债券化融资实践经验和个案分析的基础上,论述我国职业体育俱乐部运用资产债券化融资的迫切性和可行性。提出资产债券化融资的理论流程:组成资产池、出售资产池、将拟债券化资产转化为资产债券、信用增级、信用评级、发行资产债券等。并对融资的主要制约因素及其对策进行探讨,指出融资可以缓解我国职业体育俱乐部发展资金不足等问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the brief introduction of the practical experience of foreign professional sports clubs' financing by assets bondilization and case analysis,it discussed the urgency and feasibility of professional sports clubs' financing by assets bondilization in our country,and put forward the theoretical technological process: forming assets pools and selling them,turning the intended bondilized assets into assets bonds,raising and rating the grade of credit,issuing assets bonds etc.It also probed into the main restrictive factors and countermeasures,and pointed out that the financing could moderate such problems as the shortage of fund for the development of professional sports clubs of our country and so on. |
