| 摘 要： | 通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对浙江省普通高校高水平运动队现状进行了调查研究,主要结论如下:①大部分学生运动员的训练年限普遍不长,竞技水平整体上不高;②学生运动员主要来自普通高中和少体校;③学生运动员进校的主要动机是完成学业并继续运动生涯;④学生运动员最大的困难是文化学习跟不上。针对这些结论,提出了浙江省高校高水平运动队建设的发展对策。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documentary investigation,questionnaire,interview investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the current condition of high-level sports teams in college in Zhejiang province.The results show:(1)The years of training of most student-athletes is not long,the level of student-athletes is not high.(2)The most student-athletes come from middle school and sports school.(3)The main motivation of student-athletes is to accomplish school work and to continue the life of sport.(4) The most difficulty of student-athletes is that they can not follow the study which the college students do.Basing on these results,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures for constructing high-level sports teams in college in Zhejiang province. |
