| 摘 要： | "《易》以道阴阳",故为中国哲学之源。《周易》在卜辞的形式下反映了先民在生产斗争和阶级斗争中积累起来的知识经验和道德体验,是中国古代学术的重要信息库,也是中国古代哲学万流归宗的最后渊薮。道家的《老子》和儒家的《易传》都是在继承了《周易》的基础上,以各自的思维形式来建立自己的哲学体系。本文企图说明:《老子》是如何利用和改造《周易》在卜辞形式下所隐蔽的哲学思想来构建自己的哲学理论体系的;《易传》又如何在吸取了《老子》的经验教训与哲学思想的同时返求《周易》而对之进行重新阐释和创造性的发挥,以此构建自己的形而上学。

| Abstract: | The writing attempts to tell how Laozi builds its own system of philosophical theory by making use of the philosophical thought of Zhouyi,and how Zhouyi makes an interpretation of Laozi by absorbing the lessons from Laozi and going back to Zhouyi in order to construct its own theory. |
