新加坡南洋理工学院"教学工厂"理念的启发与思考

摘    要:"教学工厂"作为一种先进的职业教育理念,较好地解决了长期困扰学校教学的动手实践能力、创业创新能力和团队精神培养问题,促进了学校课程教学与企业岗位需求的有效对接,提升了学校的研发能力和社会服务能力.通过对新加坡南洋理工学院的实地考察与学习,南洋理工学院加强校企合作、重视师资培训、吸引企业专才到学校授课等宝贵经验,可以学习借鉴并运用到我国高等职业教育中,使得职业教育更好地适应市场的需求.

Enlightenment and Reflections on the Concept of Teaching Factory by Nan-yang Polytechnic of Singapore
Abstract:The conception of teaching factory is an advanced teaching mode of vocational and technical education. The concept of it has been put forward by Lin Jingdong ,president of Nanyang Polytechnic of Singa-pore. It aims to develop students'teamwork spirit and capabilities of creativity and problem solution. With four stages of development:simulation,copying,fusion and systematic integration,Nanyang Polytechnic suc-ceeds in establishing teaching factory—a comprehensive college-centered teaching mode based on the cur-rent teaching system,a trinity of the college,training centers and enterprises. In consequence ,the teaching facilities and equipments,staff,courses and modes cater for the demands of the enterprises. What can be learned from Nanyang Polytechnic is the successful practice in the cooperation between the college and enter-prise,teaching staff training and employment of the enterprise specialists as teachers. It is important for voca-tional colleges in China to promote vocational education development by admitting more specialists with rich working experience to the teaching staff or as part-time teachers.
