从教育政策学视角看当代世界教育改革

摘    要:谁掌握了面向21世纪的教育,谁就能够在21世纪的国际竞争中处于战略主动地位。因此,世界各国普遍掀起了一场广泛、深入、持久的教育改革。从教育政策学的视角来看,当代世界教育改革就是由各国政府为主角来推行的一种自上而下的政府行为。文章主要从教育政策学的视角对教育改革的内涵,对当代教育改革的背景、主要理论、特点与策略、历史动因以及发展趋势进行分析与阐述。

Abstract:Who gets a better understanding of the education facing the 21st century can gain the advantage in the international competition in the 21st century.Therefore,countries all over the world wage a wide,thorough and lasting education reform after the World War Ⅱ.From the perspective of educational policy science,the education reform in the contemporary world is a government-centered movement led by government.The article attempts to analyze and illustrate the connotation,the background,the main theories,the features and strategies,the historical motive,and the trends of the education reform in the contemporary world from the perspective of educational policy science.
