| 摘 要： | 应用荧光光谱法研究了苯基苄基酮缩氨基硫脲类希夫碱与DNA相互作用.结果显示随着化合物浓度的增大,体系的荧光强度逐渐减弱,说明苯基苄基酮缩氨基硫脲类希夫碱与DNA具有比较明显的相互作用,具有潜在的开发价值.

| Abstract: | Fluorescent spectroscopy was used to study the interaction of thiosemicarbazide with DNA. Fluorescence intensity was dropped with the increasing of the concentration of compounds 1-5.There is opparent interation between thiosemicarbazide and DNA,and thiosemicarbazide owned the value to be developed to a kind of new drugs. |
