高校学生评教的有效性及其评估分析

摘    要:学生评教是课堂主要方面之一,对教学管理工作具有检测、导向、激励、监督作用。已被大多高等院校纳入学校教学管理中,并在实际的教学过程中发挥着积极的作用。教学特性和学生的认识水平、学习动机及个人好恶等因素影响着学生评教的有效性。分析这些因素,思考相应的改进措施,可以减少学生评教的偏差,推进教学评估工作深层次的运行。

Abstract:Students' evaluation of teaching is one of the aspects of class teaching evaluation.It plays roles of inspection,guidance,encouragement and supervision in teaching management,and has been brought into schools' teaching management as necessary segment of teaching quality evaluation in higher schools.It works efficiently in the process of practical teaching.Factors such as teaching peculiarity,students' knowledge level,learning motivation and personal likes and dislikes influence the efficiency of students' evaluation of teaching.By analyzing these factors and considering corresponding measures for improvement,the deviation of students' evaluation of teaching will be lessened,and the work of teaching evaluation will go further.
