运动性低血红蛋白SD大鼠的实验分析

摘    要:为进一步探讨运动性贫血的发生机制和寻求运动性低血红蛋白新的监控指标提供依据。通过20只SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组实施6周递增负荷跑台运动,应用比色法测定血清NO、铜蓝蛋白。观察运动性低血红蛋白时大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、铜蓝蛋白(CP)的变化,结果表明:运动性低血红蛋白大鼠的血清NO、铜蓝蛋白显著升高(P〈0.05)。NO的升高可能是诱发运动性低血红蛋白的一个因素,铜蓝蛋白可作为铁代谢监控的一个辅助指标。

Abstract:The purpose of the present study is to investigate the change of serum nin'ic oxide and ceruloplasmin in Exercise-induced Lower Hemoglobin of Sprague-Dawley rat in order to explore the mechanism ,and provide new index of Exercise-induced Lower Hemoglobin by means of animal experiments. The Exercise-induced Lower Hemoglobin of Sprague-Dawley model rats were established by 6-week treadmill exercise with progressive loading. The concentration of nitric oxide and ceruloplasmin in serum of Exereise-induced Lower Hemoglobin of Sprague-Dawley rats increased significantly. The incease of NO may be a factor of Exercise-induced Lower Hemog, lobin. Ceruloplasmin in serum is possible to be taken as an index of iron metabolism.
